The worm will make appear about 5 planets in total, plus 3 blackhole. In my recent game i have 5 habitats, 1 ecumenopolis, one matter decompressor, some other megastructures and 4 planet in just one system.Horizon Signal doesn't give you the Survivor trait, just tomb-world habitability, for clarification. Depends on the stage. At some points you get techs to progress, but the last step is building a unqiue Pyramid thing in the system you want the event to happen in. (dunno if the building is restricted to your Capital, but you can move Capital)
